The injection method is a good solution to stop water seepage through foundation cracks when you are below grade. This type of repair can be done even if the foundation is currently leaking.

Urethane injection is certainly the way to do a foundation crack repair when water ingress is caused by cracks smaller than 1/8 of an inch. The Urethane will travel and fill all micro cracks that stem from the larger crack.

A urethane injection involves strategically placing injection ports in the crack and then injecting it with a flexible urethane resin.This method of Foundation crack repair can be used in repairing foundation cracks in basements of homes and can usually be done with a low pressure application.

It is also very effective when injected under with high pressure, in areas such as parkades,commercial foundations, or any below grade concrete under hydrostatic pressure.
